Has completed more than 30 residential projects in Mumbai which involves architectural design, consulting structural engineer, liasoning etc. Has completed more than 25 rehabilitation and repairs project of MHADA which involves quantity estimation, tendering, selection of contractor, billing and execution of project in a time bound manner

Has worked on design of multistoried buildings using STAD for earthquake and wind analysis. Till date, he has completed more than 40,000 valuation assignments in retail and corporate for various purpose from lending, taxation to legal matters

Has over 18 years of experience in handling a wide variety of assignments across residential, office, retail, industrial, institutional and special use asset classes

Has completed more than 40 residential projects in Mumbai, which involves liasoning with various departments of MCGM and state government and project management consulting. He is well conversant with the development control rules and regulations of Mumbai and MMR region over the period
